Based on business outcomes driven from the organization's defined vision, mission, and goal statements, our Business Innovation Methodology (BIM) assesses existing organization capabilities, creates a future-state model and identifies new capabilities and barriers that have to be addressed.
The BIM assessment is followed by the development of a transition plan that leverages existing capabilities, builds new capabilties, and monitors progress towards the organization's vision. Change is ineviatable and is identified through regular process assessments, a part of the innovation's process quality process.
