Leader Series


The Leader Series is designed for intermediate and senior managers with technical/professional educations and have transitioned to managerial or leadership roles. Our Leader Series covers topics relevant to individuals running a business or responsible for profit/loss decisions in a branch or division of a larger organization. Sessions in the series address strategy development, business  operations, transition management, financial risk, and definition of performance metrics. The focus is on setting and managing strategic goals that can be implemented by the management team.
