Abinsi's consulting practice is based on industry best-practices that have been developed through our past projects and the experiences of our consulting staff. Our experience shows that organization culture significantly impacts the effectiveness of a chosen methodology. For example, implementing formal configuration management processes into a new organization experiencing fast growth will only slow the organization's grow.

Abinsi works with your organization to selectively adapt industry accepted methodologies to increase the probability of success. Core to this process are our project management services. Based on the Project Mangement Institute's project management methodology, our project management services formally define processes used to control the project as well as the product development.
