"My passion:  Less is more - reduce waste through designing and building efficient systems and processes that are sustainable. Flexible organizations become "Great" by addressing both opportunities and barriers; these organizations motivate their internal and external stakeholders through clear messages that define purpose and benefits. I strongly discourage technology for the sake of technology; appropriate technology should be used responsibly. I am motivated when working on projects that involve transformational change that reduce barriers, enable new business competencies, and develop strong stakeholder relationships."
