Abinsi Refund Policy


Abinsi's online store  is designed to facilitate event registration and purchase of other materials including templates and reports developed by our consulting team. Any concerns regarding our online store should be directed by email to orders@abinsi.ca. Our refund policies are defined below.

Training Services


Cancellation requests may be sent to Abinsi  by email or phone message. Abinsi will refund training registration fees, less a 10% handling charge, provided that the request is received prior to 7 days before the start of the event. Abinsi will grant a credit towards other training events if the request is received within 72 hours of the start of the event. No refund or credit will be issued when requests are received with 72 hours of the start of the event. 

Other Online purchases


 All online purchases for materials sold on Abinsi's Online store are final sale. No materials will be refunded. Abinsi encourages feedback on materials, and may at its discretion, provide a credit based on the value of the feedback provided.
