Patrick BinnsPresident, Abinsi MBA, P.Eng, PMP, FCMC Patrick is a certified management consultant and a business/process architect supported by a wealth of knowledge in informatics, process management, and operational structures. As a certified management consultant, he facilitates the development of business strategies, organization structures, and business processes including integration of IT systems. As a certified project management professional, Patrick has led large projects that involved process redesign, transition, and integration of information technology. Patrick applies industry best-practices and innovative approaches to facilitate development of new capabilities within an organization. |

Ryan DreherBusiness Consultant MBA, P.Eng Ryan is a pragmatic, motivated, and result-orientated business professional. He brings forward a blended background built on experiences in multiple industry sectors, local and international projects, and working within multinational corporations and entrepreneuring start-up environments. Ryan harnesses a honed skill set in conducting market research, developing business strategies, and leading large infrastructure projects. He fuses quantitative and analytical skills with effective communication to lead projects successfully from initiation through to closure. |

Our consulting team is led by Patrick Binns, a CMC-certified management consultant with career experience in process optimization and IT service management. Abinsi supports the Certified Management Consultant program and is actively involved in CMC-Alberta activities. Abinsi works with other CMC consultants through our associates program.
Project management is a core competency at Abinsi. Our team of PMI-certified Project Management Professionals (PMP) is equipped with the skills and tools to support or lead complex projects.
