We start with a discovery meeting to explore situation in order to identify strengths, weaknesses, root causes, and approaches to move forward. This assessment defines the engagements objectives and success criteria.
Recommend & Plan
We then develop a custom plan that suits you budget, timeline, and capacity to adopt change. The plan identifies artefacts and roles that will be used during the engagement to ensure accountability.
Implement & Integrate
The bulk of the engagement will be implementation and integrating artefacts into you the operations environment. Finally, we explore the benefits that were delivered as part of our value management process.

Our MethodologyAbinsi developed the Business Competency Framework to describe the constantly shifting relationships between eight core competencies needed for business success. As the business adapts to market conditions and growth these core competencies need to be continuously evaluated and balanced - the job of the organization's leadership team. The Business Competency Framework is used to communicate goals and measure operational activities throughout the organization. The framework is also used to develop your innovation/change program and govern related investments. We use the framework to set targets and performance metrics for your management team. We measure performance through our placemat-assessment exercise. |

Strategy
A strategy document defines your value proposition, business goals, approach to reach stakeholders, and attributes of an organizations internal culture. It sets the stage to make money.
Strategy documents should be used to communicate purpose and long-term direction to internal stakeholders. Performance should be measured against the goals defined in the strategy document.

Brand
Your brand communicates your position. Top-level branding is defined by your strategy. Core branding messages provide requirements for marketing and promotion activities.
Your brand should clearly define your promise and your products and services are important to your customers. Brands create desire.
Product
While brands attract customers, benefits offered by your products and services seal the deal. Good products are easily accessible, priced right, and deliver value to the consumer.
Getting your product to market is as important as building your product. Smooth and adaptable operations are necessary to satisfy and consistently meet customer demands.
Structure
Structure refers the 'organization model' used to run a business. Good structures align individuals and teams to work in unison. The organization chart is a small part of Structure.
Abinsi uses the Operations Mesh model to define competency centres and related accountability. Once established, relationships between the competency centres are defined to control operations.
Finance
Finance focuses on the ability to be 'bankable'. This includes short and long term financial planning, controls, and risk mitigation. A business with good financial competencies is 'bankable'.
Abinsi works with clients to determine capital requirements to support operations and fund innovation activities through forecasting and budgeting exercises. Very powerful when integrated within the Operations Mesh.
Relationships
Businesses are built on relationships that include customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Effective relationships are build through the capacity to negotiate and contract responsibilities.
Internal relationships are defined within the Operations Mesh, external relationships are defined through supplier, distribution, and customer contract. Increase your value and protect your margin through relationships.
Operations
Goal: smooth and predictable operations enabled by good governing structures, decision support, and alignment between functional units within an organization.
Abinsi works across internal stakeholder groups to assess and tune operational processes. Continuous improvement through baselining and gap analysis.

Human Capital
An organization is built on teams. Teams are built on people. The Human Capital competency addresses both. Teaming defines alignment, job responsibilities, and communications.
