Delivery of Services:
Abinsi's working policy is to advise you in advance of any cost or service before attempting to do the service. Abinsi will send you a clear list of deliverables. You will approve the work/maintenance. Once the deliverables are complete you will sign off on the completion. We will send you an invoice.
Your satisfaction is very important to us and thus we ensure our products & services with satisfaction guarantees. Please contact us for the latest information on your order and our refund policy. If refunds are available for your purchase, please prepare your receipt or equivalent proof of purchase.

Only Abinsi employees that have a legitimate business purpose for accessing and handling personal information obtained by us are given authorization to do so. Additionally, our information management systems are configured in such a way as to block or inhibit employees from accessing information that they have no authority to access. Shipping Rates and Times
Shipping rates vary depending on region and are calculated when your shipping information is entered during the checkout process. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days from the time of the order is placed. Please note that transit times for the delivery method you select do not include order processing time.
Inventory Levels, Back Orders, and Pre-order Items
Inventory Levels: Our website offers sizes, styles, and designs based on inventory available in all our warehouses combined. Therefore, there is the possibility that an item you purchase may not be available to ship to you. You will be contacted in 1-2 business days if you need to make a substitution on an unavailable item.
Back Orders: Most items available for purchase online will be in stock, however, due to fluctuations in Internet sales, and variations in our various warehouse inventories certain items may not be available. If your order contains an item that is on back order, your order will not ship until the item is in stock. The amount of time for out of stock products to be replenished at our warehouses ranges from 1-2 weeks, but it may take longer depending on manufacturing schedules. Please contact us PRIOR to placing your order if you would like to know if the items you would like to buy are in stock. You will be charged for your ENTIRE order at the time of purchase.
Pre-order items: Product listed as a pre-order item online are not currently in stock. However, you will be charged for pre-order items at the time of checkout. If you place an order for multiple items that includes one or more pre-order items, the entire order will be held until it can be shipped complete.
Duties and Taxes
Canadian Orders - orders shipping to a Canadian address will ship from our Canadian warehouse and are subject to GST (as well as PST for B.C. residents).
U.S Orders - orders shipping to a U.S address are subject to applicable state taxes.

- Promote environmental awareness among our employees and encourage them to work in an environmentally responsible manner. Ensure performance metrics include attention to environment protection through proactive leadership and accountability of delegated responsibilities.
- Create environmental secure work spaces.
- Purchase environmentally responsible products that have been selected based on criteria including: toxicity, durability, use of recycled or re-furbished materials, reduced energy and/or water consumption, reduced packaging, and ability to be recycled, refilled or re-furbished at the end of its useful life.
- When possible, reduce travel through the use of telecommunications.
- Procure from suppliers that have proactive policies to protect the environment.
- Recycle paper, plastics, and electronic devices whenever possible.
- Comply with local regulations regarding safety and environment protection.
- Reduce the use of hazardous materials including cleaning agents, batteries, and heavy metals.
- Review our activities to protect our environment as part of Abinsi’s Operations Quality Program.
